Laws and regulations relating to entry, stay or residence in the country: 

The presentation of an HIV test result is not required when entering Venezuela. There are no specific entry or residence regulations for people with HIV/AIDS.

Art. 32 of the law on foreigners (Ley de Extranjeros) partially prohibits the entry of people who have a disease. It is possible that this measure could be applied to people with HIV. However, we know of no such case.
